Community Guidelines

1. Introduction

18+ Only: This Service is intended exclusively for adults (18 years of age or older). By accessing or using Lovechat, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. If we verify or suspect any user to be under 18, we may terminate that user’s account without notice.

These Guidelines aim to ensure a respectful, safe AI character chat environment for all adult users. They apply to all content and interactions within the Service—text conversations, image generation, user profiles, comments, or any community features.

2. Core Principles

1. Respect & Consideration

• Treat others with civility. Hate speech, harassment, or discriminatory language has no place here.

2. Adult (NSFW) Content

• Sexual or erotic content is generally permissible among consenting adults, provided it does not violate the prohibited categories set out below.

3. User Responsibility

• Each user is accountable for any content they create or upload. The Service may remove or moderate content that violates these Guidelines.

3. Prohibited Content & Conduct

Any breach may result in content removal, warnings, account suspension, or permanent bans. Severe violations (especially involving minors or criminal activity) can be reported to law enforcement.

1. Minors & Underage Content

• Any sexual depiction of, or involving, minors is absolutely banned (text, images, roleplay, etc.).
• If a user is confirmed to be under 18, their account is subject to immediate termination.

2. Non-Consensual / Forced Acts

• Depictions of actual rape or forced sexual scenarios are forbidden.
• Consensual Non-Consent (CNC) roleplay is permissible only to the extent it remains clearly fictional and consensual. If there is any indication of real non-consent or promotion of actual sexual violence, we will remove the content and may penalize the account.

3. Illegal or Harmful Activity

• Promotion or facilitation of real-world illegal acts (terrorism, hacking, drug trafficking, etc.) is disallowed.
• Content encouraging self-harm or suicide, or providing detailed methods to commit violent or unlawful acts, is prohibited.

4. Hate Speech & Extreme Violence

• No hateful or harassing content directed at race, religion, disability, gender, sexual orientation, or other protected characteristics.
• Bestiality, necrophilia, snuff, or similarly egregious content is completely disallowed.

5. Real-Person Impersonation & Privacy

• Using real individuals’ names or likeness for sexual or derogatory scenarios without consent is prohibited.
• Sharing personal data (doxxing), unauthorized intimate images (revenge porn), or infringing copyright is strictly banned.
• Any legal or financial consequences arising from impersonation or defamation of real persons lie solely with the offending user.

6. Fraud, Spam, Advertising

• Spamming, phishing, or large-scale promotion schemes without explicit permission are disallowed.
• Spreading deceptive financial scams or suspicious links is prohibited.

4. NSFW Content Scope

1. General Adult Roleplay

• Explicit or erotic roleplay among adult users is acceptable, subject to full compliance with these Guidelines.
• Nudity or sexual themes in images/text is allowed if it does not cross the banned lines above.

2. CNC Clarification

• Non-consensual real violence is not tolerated. If the Service deems that CNC roleplay resembles genuine forced or exploitative conduct, we reserve the right to remove it.

3. Forbidden Extreme Themes

• Bestiality, necrophilia, snuff and similarly extreme topics are strictly outlawed in any textual or visual format.

5. User Etiquette

1. Courtesy & Harassment

• Respect boundaries; avoid bullying, hateful speech, or excessive trolling.
• If someone indicates discomfort, please adjust your conduct or content accordingly.

2. Protecting Personal Information

• Do not disclose private or sensitive data about yourself or others (phone numbers, addresses, etc.) without consent.
• Immediately report any doxxing or privacy violations to the moderators.

3. AI Model Limitations

• AI outputs may be inaccurate or biased; use discretion.
• If you encounter content violating these Guidelines, report it to moderators rather than engaging or replicating it.

6. Reporting & Enforcement

1. Reporting Violations

• Illegal or severely harmful content (especially involving minors) should be reported immediately.

2. Review & Action

• We investigate reported content for potential breaches. Confirmed violations lead to content removal, user warnings, or account suspensions.
• Critical offenses (child exploitation, genuine threats, etc.) may result in a permanent ban and law enforcement referral.

3. Progressive Penalties

• Warning: For first-time or minor offenses, plus removal of offending content.
• Temporary Suspension: For repeated or more serious offenses.
• Permanent Ban: For severe or repeated misconduct.

7. Liability & Disclaimer

• We do not pre-screen all content. Each user remains fully responsible for what they generate or share.
• We remove content that contravenes these Guidelines once identified or reported.
• In matters of real-person impersonation, defamation, or any legal disputes caused by user content, we disclaim liability. Offending users may face external legal consequences.

8. Amendments

• These Guidelines may be updated based on changes in policies or laws. Major changes will be announced in advance through official channels.
• Continued use of our Service after an update implies acceptance of the revised Guidelines.
